The vulcanizing machine is mainly composed of a tire loading mechanism, a steam chamber, a central mechanism (capsule operating mechanism), a mold adjustment mechanism, a safety mechanism, a lubrication system, a piping system, a transmission system, and an electrical system.
However, the vulcanization equipment will not automatically open after vulcanization is completed. How to deal with it?

(1) The external pressure discharge is too slow, and the condensate discharge is incomplete or not discharged.
(2) Type 0 sealing ring is aging or damaged.
(3) The zero voltage switch fails.
(4) The vacuum solenoid valve fails.
